No, Cool Designs is an exclusively online store.

What are your shipping costs ?

Shipping costs are just $1.00 for any item delivered in New Zealand, $4.95 to Australia and $20.00 Worldwide 

How do I know if my order has been placed? 
With a successful order you instantly receive a "Thank you for your order" message on your screen. Soon after that you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and an email confirming your payment has been received. If you do not receive an email confirming payment please contact customer services via email at as we may not have received your payment.

Is an online payment at Cool Designs safe? 
Yes, Paypal is reconginsed worldwide as a convenient and safe way to pay for items over the internet, alternatively you can pay by bank transfer, click here to see payment options.

When will my order arrive at my home? 
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be processed within 5 business days and then delivery will be an extra 3-6 business days via courier.  We will send you an email upon receipt of your payment and as soon as we ship your order.

I want to call? How do I get I touch?
We are an online shop only, so do not always follow strict 'business hours'. Generally our customer services team is available Mon - Fri 10.00 until 4.00 via email . We will endeavor to respond to your query within 24hrs. Please remember to leave your order number and contact details if it is a current order you are emailing us about.

When are you getting new stock?
We get new stock every season, and at times on a monthly basis. Just email if your preferred item is out of stock and we will let you know when new stock arrives (or order it in especially for you).
